Fun Bowling Challenges For Team Challenges

Team Champs – For the first game, each player bowls there own game.  For the second game, each player on a team alternates complete frames. So bowler 1 has frame 1, bowler 2 frame 2, and so on.  The final game, each player alternates during the frame with a new bowler starting each frame.  So, frame 1 bowler 1 throws their ball first and if it is not a strike, then bowler 2 would need to pick it up.  Bowler 2 starts off frame 2, with bowler three picking up the next shot if it is not a strike.  Continue until the game is over.  Top 4 teams reach the finals. For the team final tournament, this will be like the second game and each player on a team alternates complete frames.  Scoring and rules will be given at event.

Pressure Champs – Round 1:  Every Bowler participates.  Your goal is to get the fewest amount of open frames for the team.  Bonus for picking up splits. Top 4 teams advance to second round.  Round 2:  Same as round 1 with the exception of a bonus for split conversions. Top 2 teams advance to the finals.  Scoring and rules will be given at event.

7 or 10 Pin Challenge – Each player on the team gets points for either getting the 7 or 10 pin.  There will be different points depending on when and how these pins get knocked down.  For example, a player may get 10 points if they knock either down with their first ball if that is the only pin knocked down.  A player may get 5 points for picking up either a 7 or 10 pin spare.  A player may get 3 points if they get either the 7 or 10 pin on their first shot with less than 3 other pins knocked down.  A player may get 1 point if they pick up the 7 or 10 pin on their first shot with more than 4 pins knocked down.  Scoring and rules will be given at event.
